MONDAYS - DISCIPLE BIBLE STUDY - NOON - 2PM all are welcome
Tuesday and Thursday "Sitercise" gentle exercise with friends 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday evenings - ZUMBA DANCE CLASS......Come and join the fun with "gentle dance classes" $40/monthly
Thursdays Office hours 8am - 12pm AA meets, 7 p.m.

PRAYER:
Loving God, You are our refuge. Be with us as we all face the trials and tribulations of this world. Please help us all to be understanding and patient with ourselves and others. Keep us all mindful of our neighbors and the things that they may need. Guide us to be disciples and to help others come to know you Lord.
Help the lonely and broken to know that you are with them and that you will walk with them each and every day. We pray all of this in your name Jesus. Amen.
