Meet Our Staff

Becky Pelkey

My name is Becky Pelkey and I have lived in Clifton, Maine for 25 years.  I am originally from Holden, Maine and graduated from Brewer High School in 1983.  I have been married to Vaughn Pelkey for 30 years and we have a son, Brandon Pelkey that lives with his wife Samantha , our granddaughter Erin and our grandson Noah, in Cornish, Maine.
I was the secretary here at the NBEUMC for a few years, then made the decision to leave as it was the best thing for my family at the time.  A few years passed, and now I have returned as the Administrative Assistant and am thrilled to be back with my church family.
I love to sing, go fishing, gardening, golf, and dance.  I do all that I can to help people and be a faithful servant.  God wants us to love one another as he loves us and I try to do that with all that I do.  I look forward to this new journey for me here at the NBEUMC, and will learn all I can in the process.

Aiden Dumitru

I am a composer/producer, pianist, and teacher originally from the Hudson Valley in New York. Since my first piano lesson at the age of four, I have grown in consistent dialogue with music and the arts. I hold a Bachelor of Music in composition with concentrations in piano and arts management from The Hartt School after graduating magna cum laude in the Spring of '24. Over the years, I have written music in a diverse array of forms, functions, and aesthetics, and have collaborated with dancers, filmmakers, visual artists, and ethnomusicologists from around the country and world. I currently teach private piano lessons from my family home in Hampden, Maine.  I am the presiding accompanist for the North Brewer Eddington United Methodist Church. When I'm not doing my own music, I enjoy listening to others', watching movies, writing poetry, car culture, playing games (usually with my dog), photography, exploring my surroundings for the best views, and traveling whenever I can.
